WHERE SELF MEETS STRATEGY

Offering in-person, Telehealth, and Walk & Talk sessions to support your growth in ways that feel natural and meaningful.

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." – Carl Rogers

MY APPROACH

Therapy offers far more than a ‘way to cope’ with anxiety, fear, or constant overthinking. It provides a space to recognize patterns, challenge what's no longer serving you, and start moving forward on your own terms. In our sessions, we'll develop short and long-term goals, realign actions with your core values, and help you reconnect with the version of yourself that feels most grounded and true.

Meaningful therapy is founded upon genuine trust and connection. You bring your lived experience, I bring tools and perspective. Together, we’ll build habits that help you step back into your life with more confidence, clarity, and self-worth. Curiosity, creativity, and a bit of humor are important parts of every session—because therapy should feel human, not clinical. My approach is intentional and collaborative, using personalized strategies to both empower you and help you grow.

As an alternative to traditional sessions, I also offer Walk and Talk therapy. For some, the biggest breakthroughs happen while in motion. Walking outdoors isn’t just about getting steps in; it helps unlock deeper and more natural conversations. The rhythm of walking reduces stress, eases anxiety, and enhances ingenuity, creating the perfect environment for fresh insights and meaningful advancements.
